Each piece is carefully made with quality materials keeping in mind customer satisfaction. MG Surfline™ strives to keep as much consistency in size, style and quality as possible. Please note that our swimwear and active wear is handmade and not massed produced. Therefore, sizing and fit of each piece may vary slightly due to the use of different materials and fabrics.
Our prices don’t include sales taxes. Our products can be purchased at different retail stores within the US and internationally. The stores may have different prizes at different times. Some prizes may only apply to our online store and not available in stores and vice versa.
All payments are processed through PayPal, one of the world’s largest and most trusted internet payment companies. Through PayPal we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Once payment has been made, PayPal will provide a confirmation number, which will correspond to your order. If at any moment you would like to know the status of our order, you can send us a message at: email@example.com. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase. The order can’t be modified once the order is submitted. Once received the order is processed within 24-48 business hours.
Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 am – 4 pm EST. Orders are not processed during the weekend. All packages are shipped via USPS with tracking. Please be aware that while USPS is reliable and fast, the arrival date of your package is not guaranteed. You can always check the status of your package with the tracking number.
Standard shipping and handling within the US is FREE. Please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive. If you need your item(s) sooner please select expedite shipping for $35. The package should arrive between 2-3 business days.
International shipping with tracking is $65 (recommended) and $45 without tracking.
Please allow15+ days for your package to arrive. Date of arrival for the package depends on the location. Some international orders are subject to duty fees and customs clearance in the destination country.
Any delays, damages and lost packages caused by the postal service, customs, etc. are not the responsibility of MG Surfline™.
We strive to make good quality products that you will love. Should you be unsatisfied with one of our handmade items, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately and we will gladly issue an exchange or refund. Please send the exchange/return item(s) within 30 days of purchase, and include tracking and insurance when shipping your package. Any new shipping costs are at the expense of the costumer. However, if the product is damaged due to manufacturing error when you opened the package, MG Surfline™ will take care of the additional shipping costs, as long as a notification is sent within 48 hours of receiving the package. Refunds are subject to PayPal’s refund terms and conditions. Refunds will be issued only when all parties agree.
Orders can be cancelled immediately after purchase. Please email email@example.com with your full name and order details. Finishing your online purchase on our website doesn’t imply that the transaction was accepted. The transaction is confirmed once you receive a confirmation e-mail, once the order is processed, the charges are approved and the funds are in our account. If the order has already shipped you can request a return.
MG Surfline™ holds a no warranty policy. Once the tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damages. Mistreated or misused items (improper washing, exposure to extreme conditions and highly chlorinated pools) are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that lighter colored fabrics are more susceptible to showing sand and suntan lotions.
