At MG Surfline™ we strive to make quality products that you will love. Should you be unsatisfied with one of our handmade items, please contact us at info@mgsurfline.com immediately and we will gladly issue an exchange or refund.
It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take good care of them and keep all the original packaging. For hygienic purposes, please ensure you try on garments over your own underwear. Do not remove any labels or tags until you are happy with your purchase. Failure to do so will more likely result in not accepting your return.
RETURNS
Step 1:
Send us an e-mail at info@mgsurfline.com and we will send you an exchange/return form.
Step 2:
Please send the brand new items with their original tags attached and the exchange/return form within 30 days of purchase. Please note worn, damaged or washed items will not be accepted. Please include tracking and insurance when shipping your package and e-mail info@mgsurfline.com with the tracking number. Any new shipping costs are at the expense of the costumer.
Step 3:
Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 15 business days, minus a $5 processing fee for the original shipping and handling. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has processed, please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be available in your account.
Note: discounted and sale items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
Follow Step 1-3.
Once we have received your package and completed RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM, we will begin to process the exchange, please allow 7 days to process and ship your exchange items, subject to availability. We offer free outbound shipping on exchange items.
INTERNATIONAL SALES POLICY
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders, due to high shipping costs. All international sales are final unless you received the wrong product or a defective garment.
